Oprah’s interview with Meghan Markle was the interview seen around the world.
For good reason, of course.
The interview was set up in a gorgeous, lush garden at Oprah’s friend’s house.
The couple was surrounded by gorgeous plants and sat around in lovely wicker chairs.
“It was a huge deal.
We call it Chairgate,” the star told the publication.
“There’s no way to be intimately [familiar] with all of them.”
It truly does show just how real this moment was.
“You would’ve thought the importance of that interview would’ve overshadowed the chair!
But it brought us a great deal of attention, which we were grateful for.”
Who knew that one set of chairs could cause this much of a stir.
