Conrad chose not to return to the reboot, and the show overall was met with mixed reviews.
Mixed reviews aside, the drama produced on the show is exactly what MTV was looking for.
After two seasons, it is likely we will see a third.

However, there is no official news surrounding the third season yet.
Pratt and his wife, Heidi Montag, have been on the show since the OG seasons.
They have always found themselves at the center of the drama.

“And our lives hadn’t changed because we’ve been the same.
Everyone else seemed to have had amnesia.”
Will there be a change to the cast?

“We don’t even know what people are saying in their testimonials.”
Montag chimed in, “This group, I feel like, holds grudges to the end.”
The show also featured Mischa Barton from “The O.C.”

and Brandon Thomas Lee, the son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee (viaPeople).
Are Heidi and Spencer getting their own show?
Pratt and Montag have never had it easy on “The Hills” franchise.
From the original season into the second, they have been portrayed as villains.
They’ve said time and time again they were done with the franchise, but have returned.
They’re back to stating they won’t come back for a third season but are they bluffing?
The show will feature their business, Prat Daddy, which is an online crystal retailer.
The focal point will be their employees.
“I’m the most boring person in my life; Heidi’s the second.
They’re all young [and] cool,” he said, “Our employees are all stars.
The Pratt Daddy universe is mind-bogglingly entertaining.”
At this time, there is no confirmation that the Pratts will get their own spinoff series.
