In the letter, he wrote about how he feels Biden’s first year has been horrible.

Although his first term hasn’t come to an end just yet, Biden is already thinking ahead.
Recently, he announced who he plans to run with if he makes a reelection bid in 2024.
On January 19, Biden told reporters that he is happy with his current vice president, Kamala Harris.
The president responded, “Yes and yes.”
And number two, I did put her in charge.
I think she’s doing a good job.”
It seems the president is happy with Harris' work as vice president.
