The last year has been a difficult one forJill Duggar Dillard, to say the least.
The baby would have been a sibling for sons Israel, 6, and Samuel, 4.
Happily, the Dillards' grief has turned again to joy.
She also had inspirational phrasestattooed in hennaon her hands for solace.
