I’m proud of this season,” Chmerkovskiy said toUs Weekly.

“It meant a lot to me to be in a position to help somebody, period.

But also somebody that could have used it.

I’m grateful for that opportunity.

I’m grateful that it worked too.

We did win some folks over.

We did get a chance to shed a different light on her and show her in a different spotlight.

And then also show that she earned it, that she wasn’t just given it.”

“I’ve always been very clear about coming back on the show.

I love the show.

I love being on it.

I am so grateful for the opportunity.

Is this my last season?

Probably,” Chmerkovskiy confessed toEntertainment Tonight.

“I have no regrets about my tenure on the show.

I have no regrets about the season.

I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to end it with.”

Chmerkovskiy first appeared on “DWTS” back in Season 2.

However, he wasn’t given a partner as a featured dancer until Season 13.

He has since competed in 17 seasons of the reality dance competition.

Meanwhile, Chmerkovskiy’s wife, Jenna Johnson, is also a pro dancer for the show.

If Chmerkovskiy chooses to quit “DWTS” officially, his presence will be missed.
